Steven Conway F.Inst.Pa

Steven left school in 1976 and went to work for a firm of Estate Agents, Auctioneers, Surveyors and Valuers. He spent 2 years working as an apprentice and learning about property law.

After that he spent many years working for Bairstow Eves, opening offices, training staff, trouble shooting and setting up their lettings business. In 1996 Steven set up his own Letting Agency with a legal practise, specialising in problem tenancies. The Letting Agency was sold in June 2010 so that he could concentrate on the Legal Practise and Debt Recovery businesses.

Steven’s extensive experience goes back over 36 years and he regularly trains Letting Agencies all over England and Wales on the legal aspects of rental. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Paralegals of which he is a fellow, and often gives lectures on problem tenants.

Steven is married with 4 grown up children, he is a senior football referee and in his footballing career has officiated at Wembley Stadium twice, the Emirates, Vicarage Road, Charlton Athletic and many other grounds.

Rossanna Yarleque LLB (Hons) M.Inst Pa

Rossanna studied Law at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2006. After developing a Wills and Probate department at a London Legal Consultancy, Rossanna decided to travel the world. Embarking on a 7 ½ month trip, she visited America, Australia, Fiji and South East Asia.

Shortly after her return, Rossanna joined Landlord Support Services and is a fully qualified certified member of the Institute of Paralegals, regularly attending court and holding presentations at Landlord Forums for Local Authorities. She is also now a director of Davidsons Debt Recovery Services, specialising in both personal and commercial debt recovery.

Rossanna is a fluent Spanish speaker as her parents are from Peru and one of her many passions is travelling, experiencing as many different cultures as possible.

Rossanna is the mother of a beautiful Shar-Pei/Staffy/Boxer mix 1 year old dog called Missy – but no actual children (yet!)

Charles Short - Business Development Manager

Charlie, is our business development manager and his job is to develop new client leads and maintain client contact in order that we can monitor our clients services. An important part of his role is monitoring the quality of the work we offer to our clients and their feedback.
 
Charlie has had over 30 years in residential property sales experience in both the UK and abroad. He also has a number of successful residential property developments under his belt in his own right! Charlie’s passion is playing golf.
