We assist Private and Commercial Landlords in Court to regain possession of their property. We will help compile, file and serve the relevant paperwork on the defendants and at Court.
Whether you are a Lender or a Borrower, we can represent you in Court! Our Advocates are very experienced in dealing with these types of hearings; in fact many of our Advocates hold a Legal Practice Qualification in Mortgage Repossession.

If you are owed money we can secure the debt, by obtaining a charge on the debtors property .They would then be unable to sell that property until the charge has been paid off; in some cases this can even force the sale of the property.
If you are owed a debt of £750 or more, then we could obtain a bankruptcy order against the debtor. This would enable you to get a good percentage of the debt paid off; the percentage you get is depending on how many other creditors there maybe that are also owed money .It would also stop the debtor from getting credit for a period of time.
.
If someone owes you finance from a hire purchase agreement, for example a car, a TV or other item that maybe linked to finance. We can force the return of the goods to you and also obtain a money judgement order against them for any arrears owed. In most cases costs may also be awarded.
