Rent Arrears / Tenant Eviction
The court process
Unfortunately, not all Tenants will vacate a property on expiry of the relevant Section Notice and it may become necessary to go to court.
The next step is sometimes quite confusing for Landlords and if not dealt with correctly may result in you not being successful in court.
Expert analysis of your individual case and advice on the correct path is essential, and its important to use a small firm of advisors so you can speak to the same person each time.
Imagine how frustrating it would be if you needed an answer to a problem quickly and you were passed around an automated phone system! With our small team you will always deal with the same person at Landlord Support Services ensuring you feel confident and supported... always.
WE WILL PREPARE ALL DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMIT TO COURT. WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CASE AND ALSO PROVIDE YOU WITH REPRESENTATION AT COURT IF NECESSARY.
Representation
Our fees include representation of a senior qualified solicitor or barrister who specialises in Landlord and Tenant law. It also includes the court fee and draw up a witness statement. Should any further witness statement be needed, we charge - £75 inc VAT for each further witness statement.
In the very unlikely event that a further hearing is required: Our representation fee would be £275 inc VAT.
