We have a nationwide coverage and as most of our work is carried out in the office by post, we are able to cover all areas of the UK. To us it does not matter where the property is located we just proceed. Our practice encompasses a broad spectrum of matters, ranging from tenant referencing to ensure that one gets enough information to determine a tenants nature, right through to seeking county court possession action in any UK court. In addition, we enforce and defend our clients' legal rights in relation to regaining possession of their properties and recovering rent arrears.
